Buna kar\u015f\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fkan, \u00f6\u011frenmeye a\u00e7\u0131k, m\u00fccadeleci fakat yeterli teknik bilgi ve beceriye sahip olmayan adaylara teknik bilgi ve beceri kazand\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Fakat bu bilgiye sahip olupda karakter sorunu olan adaylara i\u015f ahlak\u0131n\u0131 ve karakterini \u00f6\u011fretemezsiniz.
